They appear in Handspinner (where they provide Yaotsu with a small fidget spinner-like time travel device), Oui (where they give Oei some modern manga), Vocation (where more of their mission is revealed), Yoke, and Zoo Hypothesis. They tend to crash on Earth a lot, at various points in history. Their mission is to prevent the comet Melancholia from hitting and obliterating the Earth. For this, they are observing Kid Nap as a possible solution. In Zoo Hypothesis, the two aliens crash-land on Earth for the final time. One of them dies as a result of their injuries, while the other — who is revealed to be Moire — chronicles the previous events and mails them to the mangaka who appeared in the chapter Screen.
