Dahlia is an assassin that specializes in sniping. During her childhood her parents were kill by a mob, and one of the killers decided to keep her for his own. After years of torture and training, Dahlia is looking to kill this person, which is during one of this encounters that she hires Kay for assistance as a spotter.
